*Are there any limits to the texts, emails and call recordings?

Your base account covers you up to about 400 texts per month, in addition to standard carrier rates, phone numbers, and compliance fees, etc. If you are following the Student Magnet™ Program you should be covered with just the base account for at least the first couple months. Additional texts over the limits will incur extra charges at about 2.5¢ per message under 160 characters (so 400 extra messages would only cost about $10). This is just an estimate and, of course, depends on how many messages you're actually sending in a month and how long those messages are. In reality, most 'messages' are actually longer than 160 characters and therefore count as multiple segments. If you go over the base, the system will automatically charge $10-20 and then apply the additional messaging credits to your account. Credits roll over so if you have extra credits at the end of your billing they will be carried into the next cycle. Bulk credits are available for purchase at a discount.
